PAN SEARED CHICKEN BREAST

The Prime cut for beef lovers, Marinated - grilled medaillons of beef with oven roasted potatoes and garden vegetables, accompanied with a mushroom cream sauce.

GRILLED MEDAILLONS OF BEEF

Sliced Chicken and fresh button mushrooms sauted, tempered with chicken stock and fresh cream, reduced and seasoned to the right consistancy and taste, served with your preferred pasta.

PASTA CHICKEN & MUSHROOM CREAM

An Indian favorite chicken dish, a bit spicy though, but irrestably tasty. Vegetable pulau and mint raita are the right choices to accompany this dish.

CHICKEN TIKKA
